Suaraterkini.com – INNOPA kembali berpartisipasi mengirimkan projek inovasi. 37 Inovasi para siswa dan mahasiswa dari berbagai provinsi Indonesia berlaga di ajang Intellectual Property Invention, Innovation and Technology Exposition (IPITEX) 2018 berlangsung 2-6 februari 2018 di Bangkok International Trade and Exhibition (BITEC) Bangkok Thailand.
Director of International Partnership INNOPA Megaria Agustina, dalam rilisnya mengatakan Indonesian Invention and Innovation Promotion Association (INNOPA) memilih Perwakilan Indonesia yang mengikuti Kompetisi IPITEX 2018 bersaing lebih dari 30 negara diantaranya Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore, Vietnam, Thailand, Korea, Japan, Taiwan, Phillipines, India, Iran, Egypt, UAE, Poland, Romania, China, Macau, Hong Kong, England, Lebanon, Russia dan negara lainnya lebih dari 1000 Inovasi dari berbagai kategori seperti Teknologi, Pertanian, Kimia, Biologi, Mesin, Desain, Kedokteran, dan lainnya.
“Tahun ini innopa mengirimkan 37 proyek inovasi dan menduduki posisi keempat terbesar setelah Korea dalam membawa proyek Inovasi di acara IPITEX 2018. Ini merupakan sebuah prestasi yang luar biasa bagi Indonesia untuk menunjukkan bahwa Indonesia mampu bersaing dan turut berpartisipasi aktif di ajang Inovasi dunia.
Acara yang berlangsung selama 5 hari membuahkan hasil yang sangat baik yaitu berhasil menyabet 15 Medali Emas, 7 Medali Silver dan 15 Medali Perunggu dan berbagai special award dari berbagai negara.
Megaria menambahkan bahwa INNOPA sebagai asosiasi swasta yang menyaring anak-anak untuk berlaga di International berharap inovasi yang telah dibuat tidak hanya sampai disini (Prestasi), tapi bisa dikembangkan dan diproduksi secara masal sehingga berguna bagi masyarakat.
Untuk itu, megaria berharap peran dari lembaga pendidikan, pemerintah dan swasta terutama para investor untuk membantu anak-anak memproduksi inovasi sehingga dapat memiliki nilai ekonomi dan dapat dipasarkan di Indonesia bahkan dunia, harapnya.
